In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for LG G2.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG G2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:


1. Lets get started. Hold down the Power button until your phone is turned off.

2. Next, press'n'hold the Power and Volume Down buttons.

3. Release the Power when an LG logo appears. After a few seconds, press it again.
4. Let go of both Power and Volume Down after the Factory data reset menu starts.

5. Confirm the process by selecting Yes.
6. Wait until your phone reboots and restarts. Congrats, you're done.

Instruction II:


1. Turn off the phone.

2. Press-hold the Power & Volume Down buttons until an LG logo appears. When it does, let go of these buttons.

3. Wait few seconds and press these buttons again.

4. Select wipe data/factory reset > Yes > reboot system now > Power button.


5. Done, the phone will now reset and restart.

Instruction III:

 

1. Lets begin. Please press the Power button in order to turn your phone on.

2. You will find yourself on the Home screen. From there, go to Settings and select General. 


3. Next, select Backup and Reset, Factory data reset and Reset phone.
4. Now select Erase Everything and, lastly, OK. Your phone will now reset and restart. Good job.
