In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for LG G4.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG G4 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:

 


1. Lets begin. Please press the Power button in order to turn your phone on.
2. You will find yourself on the Home screen. From there, go to Settings and enter General.

3. Next, select Backup and Reset and Reset phone and Erase Everything.
4. Confirm by selecting OK. Done!

 

Instruction II:

 

 

1. For starters, power down the device.

2. Press and hold the Power & Volume Down buttons for five seconds or so, until an LG logo appears.

3. Briefly let go of the Power button. After a second or two, press it again.
4. Let go of buttons held when the Factory Mode menu appears.

5. Select Yes to continue. Congrats, your phone will now reset and restart. Well done.
