In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for LG G5 SE.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG G5 SE device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:


1. For starters, press the Power button until the phone turns itself on.

2. You will find yourself on the Home screen. From there, go to Settings and select General. 

3. Next, select Backup and Reset, Factory data reset and Reset phone.

4. Now select Erase Everything and, lastly, OK. Your phone will now reset and restart. Good job.

 

Instruction II:

 

 

1. For starters, power down the device.

2. Press and hold the Power & Volume Down buttons for five seconds or so. Release the former when an LG logo comes up; after a few seconds, press and hold it once more.

3. Factory Mode menu will appear. When it does, release held buttons.

4. Press Power button to continue. Wait for an LG Welcome Panel to come on screen.
5. Done. The factory reset is complete.
