In order to hard reset a LG GM730 Eigen, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
LG GM730 Eigen device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Make sure that your phone is turned on.
2. Open Start > Settings > System tab > Clear Storage.
3. You will be asked to enter the password, twice. Do so. The password is 1234.
4. Now confirm and OK-ay things until the phone resets. Well done.
