Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. LG KC910i Renoir device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Enter Main Menu. Choose Reset Settings > Master Reset options.
3. You will be asked to enter security code. Default code is 0000.
4. Good job! Wait for your device to reset and restart.
1. Power up the phone.
2. Open the phone's dialer with a press of a Call button.
3. Now type this code into the dialer: either 3845#*910# or 2945#*910#
4. Lastly, select the Factory reset option. Your phone will now reset and restart. Well done.
