A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory.
All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.
The term is often heard in reference to smartphones and tablets but laptop and desktop computers, as well as most other electronic devices, can usually be restored to factory conditions.
1. Please press power button to switch off the phone.
2. Then press volume down button and power button and hold them untill next step.
3. Wait untill LG logo will flash on your screen, then release the keys.
4. Now there should appear this menu:
5. To switch between option use volume keys and to proceed use power button.
6. The phone will ask you if you want to proceed with hard reset. Pick "Yes" option on the screen using power button.
7. This is it. Your phone will start hard reset process so wait patiently.
