In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Micromax M2.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Micromax M2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
1. Power up the phone.
2. Enter Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings.
3. Type in the phone's password, 0000 by default.
4. Wait for your phone to reset and restart. Well-a-done.
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press-hold Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously. Release them when a Reset menu appears.
3. Continue by selecting the factory reset option. Do that by using Volume buttons to navigate to and Volume Up to select it.
4. Lastly, select Yes.
5. Done!
