In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual SIM.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual SIM device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Now go to Main Menu > Windows Phone Settings.
3. Next, tap About.
4. Complete the process by selecting Reset your phone. That is all.
Instruction 2:
1. Power down the phone.
2. Press'n'hold the Power button & Volume Down button.
3. Let go of them when an exclamation mark appears on screen.
4. Press these buttons in exacly this sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
