In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Microsoft Lumia 532.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Microsoft Lumia 532 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Turn on your phone.
2. Enter Main Menu > Windows Phone Settings > About > Reset your phone.
3. That is all.
Instruction 2:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press & hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for a few seconds.
3. Release them after this icon pops onscreen.
4. Press these buttons: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down. Done.
