Instruction I:
1. Turn on the display.
2. Enter Windows Phone Settings.
3. Tap About.
4. Now tap Reset your phone.
5. Done.
1. Power down the device.
2. Press-hold the Volume Down and Power buttons.
3. Release them when an exclamation mark pops onscreen.
4. Press these buttons, in exacly this order: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
5. Done.
