Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Microsoft Lumia 950 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction II:
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Press'n'hold the Power and Volume Down buttons.
3. Release them when this icon pops onscreen.
4. Press this sequence of buttons: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down. That is all.

2. Enter Main Menu and select Windows Phone Settings.
3. Now tap About.
4. Lastly, select Reset your phone.
5. Well done! Your phone will now reset and restart.
