In order to hard reset a Mitac MIO 8860, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Mitac MIO 8860 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power down the device.

2. Press & hold the voice recording and Power buttons.
3. Let go of them when the MiTAC icon appears onscreen.
4. Done.
