In order to hard reset a Mitac MIO A502, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Mitac MIO A502 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First, power down the phone.
2. Next, press & hold the Talk and Power buttons. Release them when the phone vibrates.
3. Device will now turn back on and a setup will begin. Follow the instruction and the hard reset process will be complete.
