In order to hard reset a Motorola A910, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola A910 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Hi. Turn the phone on. Then open Menu, go in Settings and select Security.
2. Type in the phone's lock code (1234 or 0000 by default).
3. Now select Erase/Reset and Reset Phone.
4. Disclaimer will pop onscreen. Read it up and then select OK.
5. Lastly, select Yes. Done.
