In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola ATRIX.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola ATRIX device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction Ein:
1. Turn off the phone with a Power button.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons for a few seconds.
3. Let go of held buttons when the Boot Mode begins.
4. Select Android Recovery - use Volume Down to navigate and Volume Up to confirm.
5. An Android icon should appear. When it does, press the button on the on bottom right corner of the screen. A few times if neccessary.
6. A Recovery Mode should now start (if it does not, press and hold both Volume buttons for a few seconds).
7. When in Recovery Mode menu, use Volume Down to select wipe data/factory reset. Confirm with Power button.
8. Next, select Yes-delete all user data and reboot system now.
9. Done.
1. Press & hold the Power button. Eventually the phone will turn off.
2. Enter Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
3. Well done! Your phone is ready to use.
