In order to hard reset a Motorola C115, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola C115 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the phone. Open Menu and select Settings and Security.
2. Type in the lock code (default lock code is 0000 or 1234. If not, the lock code is the last four digits of your number).
3. Now select Erase/Reset > Reset Phone > OK > Yes.
4. Done.
