In order to hard reset a Motorola C300, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola C300 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Enter Menu. Settings.
2. Select Settings, Advanced, Reset Defaults and Reset Settings.
3. Tap in phone's security code (000000 by default) and press Left Softkey.

4. Lastly, press Left Softkey once more. Done.
