In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Cliq 2.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Cliq 2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Switch off the phone by holding down the Power button.
2. Press'n'hold the Power and Volume buttons. Let go of them when an Android icon appears.
3. Continue by pressing Home button.
4. Select the wipe data/factory reset option. Use Volume to navigate to the option and Power to select it.
5. Now select, in the same way as above, Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
6. Voila, the hard reset is now complete.
1. Power down the phone.
2. Now press the Power and X buttons simultaneously. Let go of them when an Android icon appears.
3. Press @.
4. Next, select wipe data / factory reset. To do that, use Navigation buttons to scroll and Enter to select.
5. In the same way as above, select Yes - delete all user data and Reboot system now.
6. Done.
