In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Defy Mini XT321.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Defy Mini XT321 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction II:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Enter Menu > Settings & Tools > Initial Setup > Master Reset.
3. When asked for a security code, provide (000000 is a default security code).
4. Confirm by selecting OK. Done.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Hold down the Power & Volume buttons until an Android icon shows onscreen.
3. Now press Home button.
4. Next, select wipe data/factory reset - Volume navigates the menu, Power selects options.
5. Continue with selecting Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
6. There, done.
