In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola DROID 3.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola DROID 3 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction Ein:


1. Turn off the phone.

2. Press'n'hold the Volume and Power button. Android logo will appear on-screen.

3. Press Home button Recovery options will pop up.

4. Select wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume buttons to select options and Power button to confirm.

5. Now select Yes - delete all user data and then reboot system now.

6. Yoohoo, the hard reset is done.

 

Instruction Zwei:

 

1. Switch off the device.

2. Press-hold the X and Power buttons. Let go of these buttons when an Android triangular icon pops onscreen.

3. Press the Volume Up and Down buttons together.

4. Select wipe data/factory reset option - use Volume buttons to scroll the menu and Power button to confirm.

5. Next, select Yes - delete all user data and Reboot system now.
6. Yoohoo, the hard reset is over. Phone will now reset and restart.
