In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola DROID 4 XT894.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola DROID 4 XT894 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Turn on the phone by pressing the Power and Volume buttons.
2. You will see a menu. Use Volume Down and Up buttons to select Recovery option.
3. Wait for an exclamation mark to appear on the screen. When it does, press the Volume buttons.
4. A menu will open. In it, use Volume Down to scroll and Power to select Wipe data / factory reset.
5. Now select Yes - delete all user data.
6. Factory Data Reset will now begin. Once it is done, press Power button to confirm the restart process.
7. Done.
Instruction Four:
1. Enter Menu, Settings, Privacy, Factory Data Reset and Erase internal storage.
2. Lastly, tap Reset Phone. Done.
