In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Droid Bionic Targa.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Droid Bionic Targa device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:


1. Pull out the battery. Put it back in.
2. Press & hold the Volume & Power buttons simultaneously. Let go of them when a red Motorola logo appears on screen.

3. After the Android logo appears,  press Home button.

4. A menu will open. In it, choose the wipe data/factory reset option. Use Volume Down to scroll through the menu and Power button to select the option.

5. Next, select Yes - delete all user data and Reboot sytem now.

6. Voila, done.

Instruction II:

 

1. Starting from the Home screen, select the App menu.
2. Continue to Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset > Reset phone > Erase Everything. Done.
