In order to hard reset a Motorola E360, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola E360 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the phone.

2. Now enter Main menu > Settings > Security.
3. Type in the lock code - default one is either 0000 or 1234.
4. Continue by selecting Erase/Reset and Reset Phone.
5. OK.
6. Wait for the phone to reboot. Done. You're a master technician.
