In order to hard reset a Motorola EX122, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola EX122 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power up the phone.

2. Enter Main menu. Select Settings and Security.
3. You will be asked for a lock code. Provide it. Default code is either 1234 or 0000.
4. Continue by selecting Erase/Reset and Reset Phone. Confirm.
5. Done!
