In order to hard reset a Motorola EX128, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola EX128 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. First of all, power up the phone.

2. Continue by opening Main Menu, then selecting Settings > Security.
3. Type in the proper lock code. Default code is either 0000 or 1234.
4. Lastly, select Erase/Reset > Reset Phone > OK.
5. Phone will reset and restart. Done.
