In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola M2STONE 2.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola M2STONE 2 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:


1. Turn on the phone.

2. Starting from the Home Screen, open Menu and select Settings.
3. Now select Privacy, Factory data reset and Reset device.
4. Lastly, select Erase everything.
5. Done.

Instruction II:

1. Power down the phone.

2. Remove its battery and, after few seconds, put it back in.
3. Hold down both Power & X buttons for a few seconds.

4. Let go of the Power when Motorola logo appears on screen. Let go of X when an exclamation mark pops on screen.
5. Press-hold the Volume Up & Camera buttons for a few seconds.

6. Using Volume to navigate and Enter to select options, choose wipe data/factory reset.


7. Continue by selecting Yes -- delete all user data and reboot system now.
