In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Moto E Dual SIM (2nd gen).

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Moto E Dual SIM (2nd gen) device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:

 

1. Turn on the phone.

2. Starting from the Home Screen, open Main Menu and Settings.
3. Now select Backup&Reset, Factory data reset and Reset phone.
4. Lastly, select Erase Everything and OK. Well done, the process is complete.

Instruction III:

 

1. Switch off the phone by holding down the Power button.

2. Press'n'hold the Volume Down button for three seconds. As you do, press the Power button.

4. Then choose option Recovery by using to navigate Volume Down, and to confirm Volume Up.

5. Android Image will pop on-screen. When it does, press and hold Volume Up. While you hold it down, press the Power button.

5. Using Volume Down to navigate and Power to confirm your choice, select wipe data/factory reset > Yes--delete all user data > reboot system now.



6. Done.
