In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Moto E Dual SIM.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Moto E Dual SIM device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Turn on the phone, go to Settings and enter Backup & reset.
2. Continue to Factory Data Reset, Reset Phone and Erase Everything.
3. Lastly, select OK. Done.
1. Power down the phone.
2. Press-hold the Volume Down button for three seconds and, while you hold it, press Power button.
3. Next, select Recovery - Volume Down navigates the menu, Volume Up selects options.
4. Android logo will appear. Press Volume Up and, as you hold it, press Power.
5. Next, select wipe data/factory reset - Volume navigates the menu, Power selects options.
6. Continue with selecting Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
