In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Moto G.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Moto G device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

1. Power up the phone with Power button.
2. Now open Settings and Backup & reset.
3. Select Reset Phone and Erase Everything.
4. Lastly, OK the process. Done!
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button for three seconds. While you hold it down, press the Power button.
3. You will see a menu. From it, select Recovery by using Volume Down to navigate through the options and Volume Up to select the one.
4. Upon seeing Android logo on screen, press-hold Volume Up. Press Power button and release it.
5. Now select Wipe data/factory reset and Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now
