In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Moto G Dual SIM.

Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Moto G Dual SIM device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.

 

Instruction I:


1. Press Power button to turn on the phone.

2. Open Settings and select Backup & reset, Reset Phone, Erase Everything and OK.
3. Done.

Instruction II:

 

1. Power down the phone by holding the Power button.

2. Now press'n'hold the Volume Down button for three seconds.
3. Press Power Button as you hold the above button.

4. A menu will open. Select Recovery - Volume Down navigates the menu, Volume Up confirms choice.

5. Android logo will appear. When it does, press and hold Volume Up and press Power button.

6. Now select wipe data/factory reset, Yes--delete all user data and reboot system now.



7. The hard reset is complete. Well done.
