In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Moto G4 Plus.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

1. Turn on the phone.
2. Starting from the Home Screen, open Main Menu and Settings.
3. Now select Backup&Reset, Factory data reset and Reset phone.

1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. Now press and hold Volume Down for about three seconds and, as you hold it, press and release Power.
3. Select Recovery option. Use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
4. Android logo will appear on-screen. Press & hold the Volume Up and press & release Power.
5. Using Volume Down to select and Power to confirm, choose the wipe data/factory reset option.
6. Continue by selecting Yes - delete all user data and reboot system now.
7. Done, the hard reset is complete.
