In order to hard reset a Motorola MotoGO EX430, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola MotoGO EX430 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the phone.

2. Open Main Menu > Settings > Privacy.
3. Choose Erase/Reset and then Reset Phone.
4. Press Left Softkey to complete the operation.

5. Wait for the phone to reset and restart. This ought not take more than 30 seconds.
