In order to hard reset a Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX109, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola MOTOKEY Mini EX109 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Make sure that your phone is turned on.

2. Starting from the Standby screen, go to Main menu and Settings.
3. When in Settings, select Initial setup and Master reset.
4. You will be asked to enter the lock code. Default code is either 1234 or 0000.
5. Confirm the hard reset operation by selecting Ok. Done.
