In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Motorola Motosmart Me XT303.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Motorola Motosmart Me XT303 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1. Turn on the phone.
2. Enter Menu and select Privacy > Backup&Reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything.
3. Phone will now reset and restart. Done.
1. Press'n'hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. Plug the device into the charger.
3. Now press'n'hold the Power and Volume buttons until Motorola logo pops onscreen.
4. Select the Clear flash (Clear eMMC) option using Volume Down to navigate and Power button to select.
5. Voila.
