In order to hard reset a Motorola V191, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola V191 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. Make sure that your phone is switched on.
2. Open Main menu > Settings > Security.
3. When asked to enter a lock code, provide. The default code is 0000 or 1234.
4. Lastly, select Erase/Reset and Reset Phone. Press Left Softkey to confirm the process.
