In order to hard reset a Motorola V360, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola V360 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First of all, power up the phone.
2. Continue by opening Main Menu, then selecting Settings and Initial Setup..
3. Open Master reset.
4. Provide the lock code. Default lock codes are 0000 and 1234. Confirm by pressing Left Softkey.
5. Give your phone a minute to reset and restart. Done!
