In order to hard reset a Motorola VE75, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola VE75 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power up the device.
2. Open Menu, Settings, Initial Setup and Master Reset.

3. Type in the lock code. Default code is either 0000 or 1234.
4. Select Yes.
5. Allow your phone to reset and restart. Done.
