In order to hard reset a Motorola W360, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola W360 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First of all, power up the phone.
2. Continue by opening Main Menu, then selecting Settings, Initial setup and Master reset.
3. Type in the lock code. Default code is either 0000 or 1234.
4. Press Left Softkey.
5. Good job, your phone should now reset and reboot.
