In order to hard reset a Motorola WX290, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola WX290 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Power up the device.

2. Press Center button.

3. Scroll down to Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset.
4. When asked for security code, enter 000000 (unless you have your own).
5. Lastly, select OK.
