In order to hard reset a Motorola WX390, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola WX390 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn the phone on.

2. Now press the Center select button.

3. Go to Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset.
4. You will be asked for a Security Code. Default code is 000000.
5. Confirm the process by selecting OK.
