In order to hard reset a Motorola WX395, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola WX395 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn on the phone.

2. Press the left Soft button.

3. Select Settings & Tools > Initial Setup > Master Reset.
4. You will need to type in the Security Code. Default code is 000000.
5. Lastly, select OK. Done.
