Instruction 1:
1. First of all, power down the phone.
2. Next, press-hold the Volume Up button. After a few seconds, press the Power button.
3. Select Recovery.
4. Let go of these buttons. When an Android icon pops on-screen, press and hold both Volume buttons for five seconds.
5. You are halfway there. In a new menu, select wipe data/factory reset - Volume Down navigates through the menu, Power button selects.
6. Continue by selecting Yes - delete all user data and Reboot System Now.
7. Good work, you have completed the hard reset process.
1. Turn on the device.
2. Now open Menu, Settings, Privacy, Factory data reset, Reset device and Erase everything.
