In order to hard reset a Motorola ZN200, you should perform the following steps.
Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
Motorola ZN200 device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.
1. First of all, power up the phone.
2. Continue by opening Main Menu, then selecting Settings, Initial setupand Master reset.
3. Type in the lock code. Default code is either 0000 or 1234.
4. Confirm the whole Master Reset process. Done! Your phone will now reset and restart.
