In order to hard reset a myPhone Hammer Energy, you should perform the following steps.

Remember! Hard reset will delete all the data on your device; pictures, contacts, messages, apps and more.
myPhone Hammer Energy device will be brought back to the default configuration of a brand new device.

1. Turn the smartphone off by holding down the Power button.

2. Now press and hold Power and Volume Up until the Boot Mode/Huawei logo/Android logo appear.

3. Use Volume Up and Down buttons to select Recovery option from the menu.

4. Continue by selecting wipe data/factory reset with Volume and Power buttons.

5. Lastly, select Yes and then Reboot system now.
