1. Press-hold the Power button to turn on the phone.
2. Now press Center button to open Main Menu.
3. When there, enter Settings and select Reset Factory Settings and All.
4. In the next step choose Reset Factory Settings.
5. Provide the lock code, 12345 by default. Press Center button to confirm.
6. Woohoo, the hard reset is now complete.
1. First, press and hold the Power button to turn on the phone.
2. Press the Call button and tap in the "secret" code *#7370#, confirm.
3. Now tap in the lock code. Default lock code is 12345. Your phone will now reset. Voila!
