In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia 6021.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia 6021 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction 1:
1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone turns on.
2. Now enter Menu. From there, go to Settings > Phone > Phone management > Factory Settings > Delete data and restore.
3. Last of all, confirm the hard reset process by selecting Yes. Voila, done.
1. Power up the phone.
2. Open the dialer, enter this code into it - *#7370# - and confirm.
3. Enter the lock code into the phone (12345 by default). Device will reset and restart.

2. Now press the Power + Call + * + 3 buttons. Release them when the Nokia logo pops on-screen.
3. Lastly, enter the lock code into the phone (default code is 12345). Voila! That is all.
