In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia Asha 311.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia Asha 311 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction II:
1. Switch on the phone.
2. Open Menu, select Settings > Reset Factory Settings -> All.
3. Enter phone's security code (12345 by default).
4. Done!
1. Power up the phone.
2. Open the dialer, enter this code into it - *#7370# - and confirm.
3. Enter the lock code into the phone (12345 by default). Device will reset and restart.
