In our description database there are 3 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia Lumia 1320.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.

1. Press & hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. Now press & hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the phone vibrates.
3. Let go of the Power button. Continue to hold Volume Down until an exclamation mark appears on-screen.
4. Now press these buttons in this order: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
5. The hard reset is now over. Hoozah.

2. Lookfor an arrow icon and tap it. This should bring you to main menu.
3. Now go to Settings > About phone > Reset your phone and, lastly, Yes.
