In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia Lumia 2520.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia Lumia 2520 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction I:
1. Hold down the Power button to turn on the tablet.
2. Connect the keyboard to your tablet and press-hold Shift. Tap Restart option.
3. Let down the Shift button when a new menu opens. Select Troubleshoot option.
4. Now select Reset your PC. Select Next to confirm.
5. Select Just remove my files or Fully clean the drive.
6. Choose Reset to begin the hard reset process. Well done, the hard reset is over.
1. Press-hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
2. In the next step open the Main Menu. Open Settings, select Change PC settings and Update and recovery.
3. Now select Recovery and Remove everything and reinstall Windows.
4. Wait for the information window to appear and select Next.
5. Give your tablet half an hour to reset & restart.
