In our description database there are 2 solutions for performing hard reset for Nokia Lumia 530.
Choose the first method and follow the steps to perform a hard reset. If the first solution does not work, try the next method.
Please remember! Hard reset will delete any and all data your device contains; like pictures, contacts, messages, apps etc. Everything. Nokia Lumia 530 device will be brought back to the same configuration as that of a brand new device.
Instruction One:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Open Windows Phone Settings and select About.
3. Next, select Reset your phone.
4. Wait for your phone to reset'n'restart. Done.
1. Power down the phone.
2. Press-hold the Volume Down and Power buttons until the device vibrates.
3. Press'n'hold Volume Down button until an exclamation mark pops on-screen.
4. Now press the following button sequence: Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down.
5. Done, the hard reset is complete.
